1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Seagum website at seagum.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. About Seagum

Seagum is a deals and vouchers marketplace that connects consumers with local businesses offering discounted products and services. Seagum acts as an intermediary — the contract for goods or services is between you and the business offering the deal, not Seagum.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform or to claim deals. By using Seagum, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Some deals may have additional eligibility requirements set by the business offering them.

4. Vouchers and Deals

• Vouchers are issued subject to availability and the terms set by the individual business.
• Each voucher is for single use only unless stated otherwise.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and have no monetary value outside the stated deal.
• Seagum does not guarantee the availability of any deal or the quality of goods or services provided by businesses.
• Deals have expiry dates. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed.
• Seagum reserves the right to cancel or modify deals at any time without notice.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. Seagum reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Business Listings

Businesses listing deals on Seagum agree to honour all valid vouchers claimed through the Platform. Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their deal descriptions, pricing, and terms. Seagum reserves the right to remove any listing that is misleading, fraudulent, or in breach of these terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to claim vouchers fraudulently or in bad faith.
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce Platform content without our written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation or security.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to Seagum and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seagum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any deal claimed through it. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in connection with the relevant transaction. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Disputes with Businesses

Any dispute regarding the quality, delivery, or fulfilment of a deal is between you and the business offering it. Seagum will endeavour to assist in resolving disputes but is not responsible for the actions or omissions of businesses listed on the Platform.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
